WK Interact
Last year, French expat WK Interact embarked on a huge project with Parisian brand Agnès B and L.A.’s Shepard Fairey (as Obey Giant). The show, called The East/West Propaganda Project, kicked off in Tokyo in March before traveling to Paris; each location featured the duo’s popular progandist paste-ups, created in tandem and separately.
WK’s always wheatpasted lots of his high-motion graphics the street but the past few years have brought a lot of special collaborations, including a piece of Prince Naseem he did with Adidas and a 2006 collaboration with Nike and Kobe Bryant. He’s just finished a show in London, and is hard at work on upcoming gallery exhibits in New York, LA, and Paris in 2009.
